Dr Alinda Coetzee is a female General Dentist.
Alinda is a University of Otago graduate from 2013 and has previously worked in the public health system as a Maxillofacial House Surgeon. In this role she provided dental care for medically compromised, special needs, anxious, paediatric and hospital based patients. She also gained experience in surgical tooth removal procedures and trauma management of facial and teeth-related injuries. Alinda credits these experiences as the reason why she is so passionate in helping patients with many different social and medical backgrounds improve and maintain their oral health.
Within general dentistry, Alinda has a special interest in oral surgery, root canal treatment and crown work. She is also currently completing a Diploma in Clinical Research with the University of Victoria and Capital and Coast DHB to better understand the world of clinical research in New Zealand in the hope that future dental research can be developed to improve patient experience and dental care.
