Dr Assil Russell is a female Specialist Endodontist.
Dr Assil Russell is a specialist Endodontist, graduating top of her class with Distinction from the University of Otago's Faculty of Dentistry. She has completed 10 years of study including a Doctorate of Clinical Dentistry (Endodontics). Her research thesis on endodontic surgery has been published in both local and internationally renowned dental journals. Assil has a truly humanitarian heart and is founder of two medical and dental charities including Revive A Smile, which helps at-need Kiwis access dental treatment and ICARE, which provides life saving treatment to orphans. Assil is an advocate for improving health inequalities in New Zealand and has been invited to speak in Parliament and Premier House on numerous occasions.
