Dr Christian Blaschke is a male General Dentist.
Christian moved to NZ after finishing his dental qualifications in Germany. Whilst living in the Hibiscus Coast Christian completed further training in Germany (University of Frankfurt) and (aside from lots of frequent traveller miles!) obtained a Masters Degree in Oral Implantology.
Christian practices as a General Practitioner with a special interest in Oral Surgery including Wisdom Teeth removal and placing Dental Implants.
In 2018 Christian joined the University of Otago in Dunedin as a Professional Practice Fellow teaching 4th year and Final year students at the Department of Oral Diagnostics and Oral surgery.
After spending 4 enjoyable years in Otago, Christian with wife Vanessa and their two gorgeous daughters sought warmer weather again. Christian joined as a Clinical Partner at Mahurangi Dental, enjoying working with a fantastic team.
Outside his clinical work in Matakana and Snells Beach, Christian is also working as a Tutor for the Implant Institute Perth accredited by the Aston University, UK.
Christian has extensively lectured nationally as well as internationally and authored several papers on dental implants with a particular interest in peri-implantitis reduction.
