Dr Danny CH Lee is a male General Dentist.
Danny gained his BDS with distinction, graduating from Otago University in 2015 followed by his move to Rotorua in 2016.
He was born and bred on the busy streets of Kuala Lumpur, the capital of Malaysia for the past 20 years before deciding to move to Otago to study and pursue a career in dentistry.
Danny is a very caring and interactive dentist, who ensures his patients receive oral health education as well as treatment. “I have always believed in the old adage that prevention is better than cure. The philosophy of dentistry has changed over the years from the typical “drill-and-fill” mode to a medical model which emphasises preventative treatment and a more conservative approach. It is very important to me that patients understand the different types of dental diseases and adopt lifestyles and habits that improve their oral health."
Danny is an avid football fan, supporting Arsenal football club since he was 7 years old. He currently trains and plays for Rotorua United. Also due to his love of the outdoors, he makes the most of the numerous tramping trails around Rotorua and the district.
