Dr John G McCabe is a male General Dentist.
Dr John McCabe graduated in 1986 from the University Of Otago NZ, holding a Bachelor of Dental Surgery. He is a Member of the ADA (Australian Dental Association), NZDA, New Zealand Dental Association, and is a founding member of the New Zealand Academy Of Cosmetic Dentistry. Dr McCabe has a strong interest in the field of cosmetic dentistry and the functional dynamics of the dentition and it’s relationship to the joints and muscles of the face.
John has trained in the concepts of the Kois Institute which is a science of the relationship of the whole mouth to the joints, and the diagnosis of wear related issues. He has an in depth knowledge of dental occlusion and recently spent time undergoing intensive training in this field in a mentored role in Melbourne.
John believes in the concept that form follows function. He feels that the long-term success of a beautiful smile, and healthy mouth comes from a background of a sound functioning dentition.
