Dr Laurence E Fisher is a male General Dentist.
After qualification in the University of Newcastle upon Tyne in 1991, I initially worked in Newcastle Dental Hospital before undertaking a teaching and research post for Newcastle University. After two years, I realised that my passion lay in general practice, and I have been following this path since 1993. I worked on the NHS for thirteen years in the North East of England.
My father, a nurse, considered it the greatest privilege to serve and become part of a community, and I wholeheartedly agree with him.
I moved to Wellington in January 2006, and started working in the Hutt the following month. I have loved my time here, and can think of no better place to be. It is particularly exciting for me to open a practice in the area, and to have such a great team of people around me.
