Dr Shanthi Dushy is a female who speaks Tamil (as well as English).
Dr Shanthi Dushy has over 15 years practical experience in Australia specialising in general dental and orthodontic procedures. She received a [Bachelor of Dentistry] from the University of Sydney in 2000 and worked as a dental practitioner with HCF before working at several dental surgeries in Sydney. In 2002 Dr Dushy opened her first dental clinic at the current premises in West Ryde which was originally owned by Dr Newman for over 50 years.
In 2008, Dr Dushy became a fellow of the International College of Continuous Dental Education for Orthodontics in General Practice. Since 2002 Dr Dushy's practice has evolved and in August 2014 Dr Mathini Waran joined the practice as a partner. The patient base of the practice spans greater metropolitan Sydney and Central Coast with patient referrals forming a key element of the practice.
Dr Dushy is dedicated to her patients and works with each client to achieve the best result using minimal invasive techniques. Dr Dushy specialises in performing cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics (braces) and other general procedures including crowns and bridges. To maintain the best care for her patients Dr Dushy regularly attends continuous education programs lead by the Australian Dental Association and other international dental bodies.
