Dr. Wah Lay Tan graduated with Honours from The University of Melbourne in 2006, where she obtained a Bachelor of Dental Science. In the same year, Wah Lay was awarded the ADAVB Prize for best Dental Student of 2006, as well as the John Iliffe Scholarship for Dental Science. She later went on to complete the Master of Dental Surgery in Implant Dentistry degree in Hong Kong, where she graduated with Distinction in 2012. Wah Lay is a Fellow of The Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons, and also occasionally undertakes teaching duties at The University of Melbourne.
