Ms Katie Maahs is a female Dental Hygienist.
American born and bred, Katie acquired her degree from Salt Lake City Community College in the rocky mountain state of Utah in 2007.
Through continuing education, mentorship and leading-edge dental practises, Katie has worked with the latest advancements in the clinical setting. Exciting procedures such as risk assessments, saliva testing, erosion identification, periodontal therapy, prosthodontic and implant maintenance – these are all in the forefront of her profession.
"In today's day and age, people should be able to have a smile that they are proud of and promotes confidence. The act of smiling can transform the world around us. It lifts our mood as well as the mood of others. This simple gesture was one of the primary reasons I decided to become a dental hygienist."
